Tess’s Kitchen Cooking Classes: Fresh Pasta Workshop

Fresh pasta is so easy to make at home, it’s a shame more cooks don’t even think to make their own. We will make a batch of fresh pasta dough and learn how to use it. Fresh Fettuccine Alfredo is a revelation with its simple sauce of butter, cream and fresh grated Parmesan. A little more substantial will be Linguine with Garlic, Parsley and Sun-dried Tomatoes. We will take the fear out of ravioli with Smashed Potato Ravioli, served with browned butter and chives.
