Tess’s Kitchen Cooking Classes: Winter Pizza

Warn up your winter kitchen with home-made pizza! Celebrate the warmth, rather than the chill with seasonal choices. We will learn the ins and outs of dough, using the recipe from Chez Panisse for Overnight Pizza Dough. Then we will put our dough through the paces, first with Butternut Squash, Gruyère and Fresh Sage. Next we will make a topping of Caramelized Onions, Gorgonzola Cheese, Walnuts and Rosemary. The finale will be pizza with Fresh and Dried Mushrooms and Prosciutto
