Let your own crêpe party take the edge off the wintertime blahs. In this class we will make an all-purpose Buckwheat Crêpe Batter for both sweet and savory crêpes. We will then make a typical Breton-Style Buckwheat Galette with ham, spinach and a fresh egg. We will roll our crêpes around Chicken and Broccoli Crêpe Roulades and gratinée with Gruyère. Our finish will be Crispy Pecan Crêpes with Caramelized Pears, flamed with rum.
