Tess Kitchen: EASY THAI MENU


This class will introduce some of the essential techniques of Thai cooling. Mango and Cucumber Salad has a spicy dressing with lime juice, chiles and fish sauce. We will make a traditional red curry paste with lemon grass, ginger and spices for our Thai Vegetable Curry. Lastly we will combine leftover rice and vegetables in a favorite Thai street food, Fried Rice.
