Tess Kitchen: LIGHT DISHES FROM THE MIDDLE EAST
Middle Eastern cooking combines sweet and savory spices in a way that may be unfamiliar but delicious. We will start with a refreshing Lebanese Tabouleh with the last-of-the-season tomatoes. Next we will make Kafta Snobar, small lamb patties from Lebanon, served with a light sauce of house-made Labni. We will finish with a Salad of Oranges, Dates and Almonds.
