Pasta Workshop 

Join us for an afternoon learning more about pasta. You will experience how easy it is to make your own pasta, and you will gain confidence in how to choose the right combination of dried pasta shapes and sauces. We will make fresh Spinach Pasta and put it to use in a delicious and unusual 6-layer WildMushroom Lasagna with Parmesan and Herbs. After considering several pasta shapes we will serve your choice of pasta with Shrimp, Asparagus and Crème Fraîche.
