 Enjoy the fruits of spring with a few ideas for crêpes. They are the ultimate make-ahead

dessert or main course. We will explain the tricks for making and frying the batter. Then we

will have fun building Julia Child’s Tower of Crêpes with chicken, asparagus and

mushrooms. For dessert we will assemble Lemon Soufflé Crêpes and Apricot Crêpes

Flamed with Cognac.
