Owner Steve Rosenthal an avid Sous Vide cooker and strong advocate of the Sous Vide will be teaching this Surf and Turf class. You will learn how to make the perfect steak, along with melt in your mouth Salmon with dill sauce. To top it off for dessert will be a Sous Vide Pot de creme!
