Turn to the tropics for inspiration at the end of winter. Take advantage of the abundance of

produce coming from the warmer regions and the fermented products of sugar cane! We will

use fresh fruit to make a Pineapple and Almond Galette. And then turn our full attention to

Mango Upside down cake. Lastly we embrace a New Orleans classic, Bananas
