Crab and Apple Pastry Turnovers for a fancy appetizer. Plan on using leftover cooked crab

in a salad of Crab with Belgian Endive and Lemon Vinaigrette. My favorite way with crab

is Crab Cakes with home-made Tartar Sauce à la Chez Panisse.
