Tess Kitchen: Japanese w/Roberta DesBouillons
To learn to cook Japanese cuisine, one must learn with the basics. We will discover how the steps of preparation is as important as the seasonal ingredients and flavors. We will make a very traditional, popular menu of nourishing Miso Soup, Nori (dried seaweed wraps) Rolls and the very grown-up, Ramen style noodle dish Yaki Soba.
