Kitchen Basics – Easy Sauces
Complicated sauces are OK in the winter when it gets dark early. In the summer we want to accent our meals with easy, light sauces. This class will focus on how to make a quick Pan Sauce for roasted meats; and a Butter Sauce for grilled fish and vegetables. Even easier are a fresh Tomato and Basil Vinaigrette and the classic Italian Salsa Verde for just about anything poached, grilled or roasted.
