Fall brings colorful root vegetables and we’ll explore their delightful earthy flavors in this class. Parsnip and leek soup is on the menu, along with scallops in a carrot and marjoram sauce, and butter pecan sweet potatoes. Recipes contain: gluten, dairy, and seafood.
