Tess Kitchen: London Pub Fish N Chips
Now you won’t have to travel to England or the Island of Gibraltar to enjoy the ever popular Pub-style Fish and Chips. In this class we will make our own delicious batter with award winning local English Style Pup Ale from Ol’ Republic and serve it with proper chips made with the oil blanching method to ensure a crisp textured outside and soft flakey center. Of course Coleslaw is a must!
