Tess Kitchen: Harvest Bounty Vegetarian with Roberta DesBouillons
In honor of our Vegetarian friends, we are offering a cooking class dedicated to teaching creative uses for everyday vegetables. The first dish is a Vegetarian Pho–all the flavors of this popular Vietnamese noodle soup but without the traditional meat (You won’t miss it). Next you will try your hand at a wonderful main dish, Leek Bread Pudding-filling and rich this dish is a crowd pleaser. Another main dish you will learn is Potato Mushroom Pie- a sophisticated blend of flavors create a balanced vegetarian meal that serves 12!
The class Cost: $55. The classes are held in Tess’ Kitchen located downstairs at the Tess’ Kitchen Store 115 Mill Street Downtown Grass Valley, CA .
