Tess Kitchen: Moroccan with Roberta DesBouillons
Join us on a journey of the senses as we travel to the exotic region of Morocco through traditional, native dishes. Moroccan cuisine has many different influences; Spanish, French, Berber and Mediterranean. We will prepare a Lamb Tagine with Chickpeas and Apricots- Tagine is traditionally a Berber dish using meat, spices and dried fruit. As a side dish, we’ll prepareSauteed Fennel with Almonds, Raisins and Saffron. Rounding out the meal will be Roasted Beets with Cumin and Mint.
The class Cost: $55. The classes are held in Tess’ Kitchen located downstairs at the Tess’ Kitchen Store 115 Mill Street Downtown Grass Valley, CA .
