Tess Kitchen: Sabor A Mexico
The aromas and flavors of the traditional Mexican kitchen are both warm and inviting! As a little girl I remember my Abuela would make the most delicious mole for special occasions. In this class we will make our own homemade corn tortillas forpork enchiladas baked in a rich mole sauce, sweet and savory jicama coleslaw with a yogurt citrus vinaigrette and tres leches to bring it all home. Recipes contain: gluten, dairy, chocolate, and eggs.
