Tess Kitchen: Spring Into Canning with Annica Hagadorn

Spring is an interesting time of year for canning. It’s too early for all those summer-y garden goodies that are perfect for preserving. Spring does bring out the itch to can so we have found two recipes you can do with easy to find, fresh produce.Rhubarb Orange Jam and Quick Lemon Ginger Marmalade–like spreadable sunshine these jams are bright and sweet!
