Fire up your oven and raid the pantry to celebrate the arrival of spring. This is the time of year to make pizzas with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Niçoise Olives; Pancetta, Mushrooms, Dry Jack Cheese and Garlic; and a cheese-free, Provençal-style pizza with Fennel, Mussels and Breadcrumbs.
The class Cost: $60. The classes are held in Tess’ Kitchen located downstairs at the Tess’ Kitchen Store 115 Mill Street Downtown Grass Valley, CA .
