Tess Kitchen: The Essence of Spring Vegetables with Alan Tangren

After a winter spent with cabbage, broccoli and kale, embrace the welcome flavors  of fava beans, fresh peas, new potatoes and asparagus. In this class we will be making gluten free Sicilian Pasta with Fava Beans and English Peas, Roasted Asparagus with Butter and Parmesan, and New Potato Tart with crème fraîche and chives.
