Tess’ Kitchen: Winter Classics-Warm and Hearty!
The weather is getting colder outside and it’s time make the classics! The definition of savory and hearty is, Beef Ragu (the Italian version of Boeuf Bourguignon) served with the perfect partner soft polenta, Pecorino Romano and gremolata.Winter salads are all the rage and escarole is the perfect lettuce to feature our salad with smokey bacon lardons, raw cave aged gruyere and an egg cooked to perfection! Top this off with a frangipane tart, it’s nothing but sweet nutty goodness! Recipes may contain: gluten, dairy, egg and nuts
