Learn all things mushroom, from Whole Mushrooms Roasted with Herbs; Mushrooms Braised with Butter, Salt, and Pepper; Pickled Mushrooms with Shallots and Peppers; to a creamy Mushroom Velouté Sauce that will go perfectly with your favorite winter comfort dish. We will eat a sampling of all the mushrooms we cook, with an accompaniment of basmati rice and a bright, lemony green salad. Vegetarian with vegan options, gluten-free
