Cost is $50 per operation, up to 3 people may attend from an operation.
This course is for those who have been in business for a year or more, and want to get a better handle on the business aspects of their farm or ranch operation. It covers farm economics, cash flow management, operations planning and continuity, risk management, and marketing strategies. You will need detailed sales and expense records for one or more years.
The course is limited to 8 operations so that the group can focus on each individual farm or ranch and help you build more profitable farms and ranches. There is homework for each session, and we ask participants to commit to attending all 7 sessions.
