Are you ready to blend the best of local and wild ingredients into a delicious winter meal? Together we’ll prepare a salad of Butternut Squash, Beets, and Feta topped with Manzanita Berry Dressing; an Oak Nut Crust for a Mushroom Kale Quiche mixed with Herbs and Caramelized Onions; and Oak Nut Bliss Bars. First Leah will share a brief overview of processing techniques for acorns (oak nuts) and manzanita berries, after which we’ll prepare our wonderful menu. Vegetarian, gluten-free.
