100% grass fed, 100% grass finished Dexter cattle. No GMO, no pour-on poisons, no antibiotics. We feed Grass Valley grass, apple cider vinegar, and mineral blocks. Our beef is very seasonal yielding optimum taste, fulness of flavor, and sweetness of beef. All steers are processed between July 15th and August 15th. This beef is from pure bred registered Dexter cattle, an ancient heritage breed dating back to the Roman Empire. Pasture raised year round and always treated humanely.
