Planned Giving

Making a planned gift to Sierra Harvest- through your will, trust, or a designation of other assets – will help secure a future with a robust agricultural economy, a protected environment, and access to healthy, local food for all. Consider the impact of making a planned gift to Sierra Harvest through one of the planned giving opportunities below.

Leave a Gift in Your Will

By leaving a gift to Sierra Harvest through your will, you can offer support without giving up critical assets you may need now.  You can choose a specified dollar amount, an asset, or a percentage of what’s left after your gifts to loved ones. Here is sample bequest language.

Designate an Account

You can designate Sierra Harvest as a beneficiary on one of your accounts – such as a savings or checking account, 401K retirement plan, investment accounts, or a life insurance policy. It can be done without making changes to your will, and is typically easy to do online or with a single phone call. Learn more.

“I am leaving a planned gift because of the kids… teaching them to enjoy wholesome, nutritious, farm-raised food so that they grow up healthy and able. They are, after all, our future.”
