Looking for a real farm experience for your child this summer? There are still a few spots left in the Food Love Project Summer Camp the weeks of July 13-17 and July 20-24. Kids age 6 and up will have a ton of fun learning what it is like to be a farmer — activities include planting seeds, harvesting vegetables and flowers, feeding chickens, tasting and cooking fresh foods, searching for and identifying bugs and reptiles, running a mock farmer’s market, and plenty of games, art, and water play to stay cool. Drop-in days are available as well. To register, or for more information, go to Food Love Project Summer Camp. Thanks to Telestream’s generous donation, scholarships are still available for this camp. Thank you, Telestream, for supporting farm to school education and helping kids to have a great week on the farm!
